Volunteers with skills in public speaking, training and motivation are needs to communicate motivational messages during grassroots campaigns that spring up around the chapter to champion a cause or improve attendance at a government hearing or meeting.  Sometimes leaders involved in a cause need ad hoc help in outreach and our volunteers lend a hand.
