For our February 2024 meeting, Rod Barbee will take us to the colorful, rolling landscape of The Palouse in Eastern Washington (above, top) and then whisk us up to Sitka, Alaska for bubble-net feeding humpback whales and other wildlife (above, bottom). It should be quite a ride!

A gifted and enthusiastic field instructor, Rod likes nothing more than sharing his knowledge and ideas. He leads and co-leads photo workshops across the country. He has taught with photographers David Middleton, Cliff Zenor, David Muench, Jack Dykinga, John Barclay, and Don Mammoser. Rod has also led and co-led workshops and tours for Great American Photography workshops, The Nature Workshops, and Photographer's Alliance Workshops

Rod's been a regular contributor to Outdoor Photographer magazine. Several of his images appear in the Amphoto book “American Vision”.
