Come and gather at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, on the 5th-floor patio at our new office at One Park Plaza Building, 3250 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles 90010.

FLYER ABOUT ALL ACTIVITIES

We will be socializing and enjoying light snacks as we browse through tables showcasing some of the components that make up the Angeles Chapter. Make new friends, reconnect with longtime buddies, hear about activities planned for this year on the conservation, political, and outings fronts, learn new skills (think digital media, fundraising) and exchange ideas. You can even explore our new neighborhood on a short walk.

Programs will be held throughout the day at several locations indoor and outdoor at the new building. Enjoy a light lunch on the patio (weather permitting), and discover the possibilities offered by our new offices. Remember, this is the Sierra Club, bring your own utensils, plates, and mugs. (We will provide the food.)

The Chapter has a place and activity for everyone.  Perhaps this is the day you find a new way to participate, or share ideas for new ventures. Join us for fun, discovery, and learn what we can do together. 

We will need volunteers to help with hospitality throughout the day. If you would like to help out, let Donna Specht (donnaspecht@juno.com) know.  If you would like to have a display about your group or entity on the patio, plan to bring your own table and easy-up, and let Sharon Koch (slkoch@ix.netcom.com) know you are interested.

WHAT:  A free open house/celebration 

WHEN:  10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 25

WHERE: Begin at 5th floor patio, One Park Plaza Building, 3250 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90010

PARKING:  $5 with Sierra Club validation (to be provided to attendees) in the building garage. Enter on New Hampshire Avenue; street parking may also be available.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:  The office is one block from the Wilshire/Vermont Red and Purple Line Metrorail Station.
