More than 50 volunteers and leaders turned out to honor Lori Ives on Feb. 22 at the Eaton Canyon Nature Center in Pasadena. Husband Robin Ives, above with family members, spoke about Lori's personality and talents, and her commitment to music and the Angeles Chapter. (Check out the story of Robin and Lori Ives and their considerable contribution to the Chapter.)

Here are some highlights from Chapter historian and leader Bob Cates. (Click here for a full set of photographs of the event.)

Acting Co-Director of the Angeles Chapter George Watland, and Chapter Chair Carole Mintzer.

Chapter volunteers Sandra Cattell and Judy Anderson.

Co-Acting Directors of the Angeles Chapter Jennifer Robinson, left, and George Watland.

Lori's twin passions: Chamber music (which was played at the memorial event) and Sierra Club.
