This is a waste of my tax dollars, a climate change influencer, violates existing regulations, destructive of the environment and it would be another win for the for-profit lobbyists who abound at City Hall. Do NOT allow this expansion to advance. Instead, consider Alternative 1 and get input from the public before moving ahead on ANY use of City monies.
