Learn to breathe with greater capacity, oxygenation and a sense of well-being, and practice while enjoying an easy stroll. Half-hour diaphragmatic breathing lesson followed by easy 2 mi walk around the lake to practice the lessons. Meet 10 am at the foot of the dock on the E side of the lake (Hwy 101 to Balboa Blvd exit, turn N, cross Burbank Blvd and watch for the Beilenson Park Lake Balboa entrance on the R < 1 mi down from Burbank, at 6300 Balboa Blvd, Encino, CA 91316, before Victory).
