   3. LTC - Tina Bowman. Written report. Next seminar 10/2/2010 at Costa Mesa.

   6. Conservation - John Hinz. Issue of publications in conflict with Club policy - developing review process.
   7. Ombudsman - Bill Jackson. Discussed new complaint.
   8. Bus Transportation - Joel Goldberg. No report.
   9. First Aid Coordinator - No report.
   10. Land Manager - Patrick Vaughn - no report.
   11. ICO - Melody Anderson - no report.
   12. Carbon Footprint - Sherry Ross - no report.

   1. SCOOT - ECC Wolf Leverich is back from vacation and working.
7. New Business / Action Items
   
   1. Tejon Ranch - Kent Schwitkis discussed the delicate relationship with this private entity. The Committee adopted the following policy:

      All outings to Tejon Ranch must be sponsored or co-sponsored by the Tejon Ranch Committee.

   2. Status of NomCom: item skipped.
   3. Communications assignments for at-large OMC members: No activity. Discussed the possibility of having outings assemblies every 2 years.
   4. Updated Angeles Chapter Safety Policy - Phil Wheeler discussed.
   5. E-mail access - the Committee adopted the following policy:

      All members of the OMC, Safety Committee and LTC must have access to electronic communications.

   6. Succession plans for OMC members - discussion.
