   1. 2 February 2010 final - previously approved.
   2. 5 April 2010 draft - approved.
4. Notices
   
   1. Outings Assembly - 6 November 2010.
5. Committee Reports
   
   1. Treasurer and International Trips Liaison - no report.
   2. WTC -increased fees - on track with the 4 usual areas - on track with policies and procedures.
   3. LTC - Tina Bowman. Revising procedures to have M and E candidates take the written exam prior to provisional leads.
   4. Safety Committee - written report. Chapter Safety Policy has been reviewed. Most entities will no longer have to have their own safety policy.
   5. LOSC - Marc Hertz - developing best practices for smaller chapters - Joe Wankum is working on an OLT1 slide show.
   6. Conservation - John Hinz. The Conservation Committee decided to remain neutral on the Whittier Narrows Discovery Center. The Audubon Society is opposed.
   7. Ombudsman - Bill Jackson. No activity.
   8. Bus Transportation - Joel Goldberg. No report.
   9. First Aid Coordinator - No report.
   10. Land Manager - Patrick Vaughn - no report.
   11. ICO - Melody Anderson - written report.
   12. Carbon Footprint - Sherry Ross - no report.
   13. Diversity TF - Melody Anderson - written report.
6. Old Business
   
   1. Affiliations with SCMA and Red Cross - Schwitkis - no changes.
   2. SCOOT - ECC is on board - system is online for beta testing.
7. New Business / Action Items
   
   1. Assembly ideas - submit ideas for 100^th anniversary observance - Bob Cates presentation.
   2. Ex-Com At-large members - nee outings-oriented candidates.
   3. PVSB - city council restricted access for night hikes.
   4. REI - need entities to run programs at Manhattan Beach REI and other locations.
   5. Subcommittee for budget cuts - need someone to serve on the committee.
   6. Little Hikers/Junior Explorer Committee - OMC sanctions reactivation. Kent will present to ExComm.
8. Meeting Adjournment. 8:50 p.m.
