Banquet Early Bird Pricing
The Banquet Committee is hard at work creating an event that you won’t want to miss! Be sure to mark your calendar for Saturday, May 18th. The event will be held at the Friendship Auditorium from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Seating will be assigned upon registration, so be sure to reserve your tickets or tables soon for best seating.
The annual banquet is among the chapter’s most treasured traditions and biggest gatherings of members, families, and friends. We’re pleased to announce that the banquet committee is bringing back more awards and is creating a truly memorable celebration. One of the most special parts of the event is hearing about the contributions that so many members have made - it’s so inspiring!
The event will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 11am-3pm at the Friendship Auditorium located at 3201 Riverside Drive in Los Angeles, adjacent to Los Feliz and Glendale. Parking is free.
EARLY BIRD PRICING!
This year we are offering discounts for tickets and table registrations on or before April 17th. We encourage you to take advantage of this pricing as well as register early to ensure best seating.
Prices:
Individual Tickets - Early Bird $40 per person / On and after April 18th $50 per person
Half Table (5 guests) - Early Bird $200 / On and after April 18th $250
Full Table (10 guests) - Early Birdt $400 / On and after April 18th $500
Ticket holders and table guests who become awardees will be refunded $40 per person. Or, please consider this a donation to the Chapter. We kindly request no refunds as this is a fundraising event, raising critical funds for the programs your care so much about.

In addition to honoring our members, all guests will enjoy lunch and nonalcoholic beverages and a chance to bid on fantastic items in the silent auction all while making new friends and reuniting with longtime pals. Outside of the auditorium we’ll be serving drinks at a cash bar on the patio. Sponsors for the event will have tables at the venue for you to stop by and learn more about their products or services.
