Outings leaders who need to update their first aid records must show a certificate. You can scan it, take a photo and sent it or mail it to the outings chair or to the Leadership Training Committee Administrator. All Angeles Chapter outings leaders need to conform with the new requirement by Jan. 1, 2019. If your current first aid expiration expires (according to the date on the card) prior to December 31, 2018, you must renew.  If you do not do so, you will not be permitted to lead outings for the Chapter.

A minimum of 20 students is needed for the class to go; a maximum of 40 people may participate.

Please pre-register to reserve a spot by contacting Joe Phillips at recreationbyjoe@yahoo.com, or call or text (818) 348-8884.

For those attending first aid session, the community center opens at 8 a.m. Please arrive early for the 9 a.m. start time.
