We're giving away two tickets to "The Reef"

"The Reef": If you love nature and you love chamber music, here's a novel way to celebrate both. One night only -- Feb. 16 -- at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.

The Australian Chamber Orchestra's artistic director and lead violinist Richard Tognetti took musicians and surfers to the rugged surf coast and tough desert landscape of northern Western Australia, creating a piece at the intersection of music and nature. Accompanying Tognetti and the chamber orchestra's musicians to the world heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef were photographer Jon Frank, director Mick Sowry, composer Iain Grandage, didgeridoo player Shelton Murray, singer Steve Pigram and professional surfers Derek Hynd, Ryan Burch and Dane Beevor. Together they created a new work using music and film to further delve into the links between surfing, the ocean, landscape and music. This program is approximately 75 minutes and will be performed without intermission.
