Leadership Training Academy Re-Scheduled for May 22

Join us on May 22, 2010, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at Eaton Canyon Nature Center, 1750 N Altadena Dr, Pasadena for this year's training for new and returning entity committee officers, as well as those looking for volunteer opportunities.

A full schedule of workshops will include training in New Media Communication, Conservation, Diversity, New Member Recruiting, Outings Planning, Newsletter Editing, Political Activism and more. Look for the complete agenda in the May issue of the Southern Sierran and on the Angeles Chapter website.

Come to network with the Chapter's ExComm and other seasoned veterans. Chairs are particularly encouraged to attend and bring other members of their management committees. Your volunteerism contributes to the strength of your entity, as well as that of the Angeles Chapter.

The workshop begins at 8:30 am with registration, continental breakfast and a welcome from the 2010 Chapter ExComm chair. The various breakout sessions begin at 10:00 am and resume after lunch, which is also included with registration.
