DRIVING ROUTE 1
- From the intersection of I-210 and Angeles Crest Highway (SR 2),
drive north on Angeles Crest Highway 50 miles to Vincent Gap. (This
is the parking area for Route 3.)
- From Vincent Gap continue 5.1 miles on SR 2 to the intersection with
Big Pines Highway (N4). Turn left.
- Drive 4.9 miles to mileage marker 6.72 adjacent to a private
campground marked on the topo as "All Nations Camp"
which is now under new management. Do not drive into the camp. Park
along N4.
(If driving west from Wrightwood, go just past the Ranger Station near
the Mountain High ski area to N4 and turn right onto N4.)
HIKING ROUTE 1
- From the parking area (5600'), hike up the ridge on the right of the
camp, picking up a trail. The trail begins just past the 6th building on
the right.
- Follow this trail to where it meets a road at saddle 6360+.
- Turn right onto the road and hike less than 1/2 mile to the top of the
ridgeline.
- Continue about 75 yards past stake "AA10" at the top
of a gentle rise.
- The summit cairn is 40 yards north of the road in the brush.
