Onyx Peak #2 is located in Kern County, about 14 miles east of
Lake Isabella City, 180 miles from Los Angeles. It is on BLM land.
Onyx Peak #2 was added to the HPS Peak List
in 1968.

peak. Route 1 is 4 miles round
trip with a total of 2300' of gain, almost entirely steep cross country.
