The Sierra Club Camera Committee supports Sierra Club conservation goals through the medium of photography; assists club members in improving their photographic skills through lecture, demonstration, discussion and participation; provides them with an opportunity to show their photographic work; and promotes the Sierra Club and its projects with public displays.
 Meetings:
Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month except August and feature members shows and special guests discussing their work. Location - Felicia Mahood Center, 11338 Santa Monica Blvd, West Los Angeles (2 blocks west of the 405 Freeway) 7:30 PM. Upcoming meetings

 Photo Outings:
The Camera Committee organizes several photo outings throughout the year to locations in the Eastern Sierra, the San Gabriel Mtns., Mojave desert and local parks and tide pools. Upcoming outings

The Camera Committee sponsors workshops in improving photographic skills, b&w and color printing, presentation techniques and book publishing.
