Cast a Wide Net When Nominating for ExComm At-Large Positions

Chair Hersh Kelley's hope for the nomination process is that entities will do their due diligence in finding the best and brightest they can suggest as a candidate come election time. Why not publicize the search for your nominee? Consider planning an informal meet-and-greet for anyone who might be interested. Encourage newcomers and/or those who might not be familiar with the inner workings of the Chapter to attend.
