Survey represents the opinions of the 70,000 residents of Newport Beach

The Newport Beach Vision 2025 Survey indicated a strong desire of residents to reduce traffic congestion, control sprawl and development, preserve and conserve coastal bluff areas and preserve Banning Ranch. Questions 4, 9 and 10 were related to Banning Ranch.
